Lineage tracking example dataset

Dataset contains:

- good_well_list.mat: list of wells with single cells at the start of imaging in the example files- good_well_list_full: full list of wells used for processing- dividing_well_list.mat: list of divisions in provided example files- dividing_well_list_full: full list used for processing- QPM20x_4.zip and QPM 20x_10.zip: ZIP files containing QPM20X_LOC_frame_FRAMENUM.mat where LOC = [4,10] and FRAMENUM = [1,2881]: mat files with computed phase shift at each location- QPM20x_10_tif.zip: ZIP file containing QPM20X_LOC_frame_FRAMENUM.mat where LOC = [10] and FRAMENUM = [1,100]: raw tif files from location 10 as examples for the frame alignment code- aligned_images.zip: ZIP file containing cropped and sligned sub-image data from loc4/well26 and loc10/well21- avg_well1.tif and avg_well1.mat: averaged well data used for image alignment- first_frames.zip: ZIP file continaing the first frames (mat and tif tiles) for use in compiling the average well image
