PGA Rat Liver Methylprednisolone

Specific Aim: The aim of this project is to identify distinct temporal patters of RNA expression in the liver of rats following a bolus dose of the corticosteroid methylprednisolone. 47 RG_U34A chips were used for 17 time points.具体研究目标：本项目旨在明确大鼠经团注糖皮质激素甲泼尼龙（methylprednisolone）后，其肝脏内RNA表达的独特时间模式。本次研究共使用47张RG_U34A基因芯片，覆盖17个时间点。
