Nrf2 activation ameliorates behavioural and brain oscillatory function alterations induced by prenatal valproic acid exposure selectively in female rats

In this dataset we include the expression data obtained by dissected prefrontal cortical tissue from sprague-dawley rats exposed to saline or valproic acid on gestation day 12.5 in utero. This data was used to obtain prefrontal cortical genes in adolescence to determine sex differences in a model of autism spectrum disorder.
