In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the review of legality and the publicity of the regulatory acts of the local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Communities, the making available in Open Data of data relating to deliberations of the type of regulatory acts adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various bodies empowered regardless of the territorial level in question.
