The directory contains the figures and tables of statistics that combine results from across the three cohorts featured in NSPN manuscript "Adolescence is associated with genomically patterned consolidation of the hubs of the human brain connectome". In order to reproduce data analyses the DISCOVERY.zip, VALIDATION.zip and COMPLETE.zip directories should be unzipped into this CT_MT_ANALYSES directory.
