1. Data Collection: Chinese chives were randomly sampled from farmers' markets across the entire county for analysis and investigation of their pesticide residues.
2. Data Testing: The standard NY/T 761—2008 "Determination of Multiresidue of Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides in Chinese Chives" was adopted to conduct pesticide residue testing on Chinese chives and obtain relevant test data.
3. Data Processing: The test results of non-conforming pesticide residue items were screened out to evaluate the non-conformity rate. The total non-conformity rate of all samples = Number of non-conforming samples / Total number of all samples; The non-conformity rate of specific market samples (e.g., non-conformity rate of samples from Market O) = Number of non-conforming samples from the specific market / Total number of samples from the specific market. By analyzing the total non-conformity rate of all samples, the current status of pesticide residues in Chinese chives can be clarified; by analyzing the non-conformity rates of samples from different markets, markets with relatively high non-conformity rates can be identified, providing data reference for consumers' healthy diet, and offering guidance for determining key detection targets in subsequent work.
