This data is described in the publication "The Antarctic Wind Atlas: Machine-Learning based Quantile Mapping on 15 years of Climatological Reanalysis" by Brandon van Schaik, Hendrik Huwald and Michael Lehning in the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society.
The dataset contains the Antarctic Wind Atlas in NetCDF4 format, including a version without the windroses to reduce the file size, and a Turbine-specific power dataset.
There are additional files describing the ERA5 time-invariants used in the methodology of the Antarctic Wind Atlas, and the turbine data used to validate the power estimations.
Finally a guide is included for reproducing our work.
