Acanthogobius flavimanus Raw sequence reads

Acanthogobius flavimanus inhabits estuaries, harbors and the shallow sea area, which distributes along the coastal area of China, Korea and Japan (Wu & Zhong 2008). It is worth noting that Acanthogobius flavimanus has invaded California, USA (Brittan et al. 1970; Haaker. 2020) and southern Australia (Middleton 1982). This species was introduced through ballast water of cargo ships travelling from Japan (Brittan et al. 1970), and it has strong vitality and adaptability resulting in destruction and imbalance of the local marine ecosystem
