LLM Queries and Responses for Diagnosis of Diseases from List of Symptoms.

This contains data for a project that uses symptom generative model to create formal and informal list of symptoms for various target diagnosis corresponding to rare pediatric rheumatologic conditions. Each txt file corresponds to a target disease for which symptoms are generated and the corresponding responses when a LLM is prompted. The file title provides the relevant disease: Juvenile Dermatomyositis (JDM), Systemic Sclerosis (SSc), Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD) and Lupus (SLE). The file name also indicates the prompt generation modality (formal/informal) and the response generated by the LLMs.
