Pan-Cancer Driver Mutation Signature Scores

This dataset, DMS_score_matrix_TCGA_01, contains driver mutation signature scores (MSS) for 90 robust cancer driver signatures across pan-cancer TCGA tumor samples, quantifying the transcriptional impact of specific driver mutations at the individual tumor level. Derived from 121 statistically characterized pan-cancer driver genes, the scores capture coordinated transcriptional programs associated with each driver and support the identification of molecular subtypes (DMS) across cancers. Rows correspond to driver signatures and columns represent tumor samples (TCGA IDs), with values normalized between 0 and 1. This dataset enables reproducible analyses of pan-cancer heterogeneity, integrative modeling with transcriptomic, genomic, and clinical data, and downstream applications such as biomarker discovery, tumor classification, patient stratification, and exploration of driver-driven tumor phenotypes.
