Whole exome sequencing of epithelioid glioblastoma using disseminated cells in cerebrospinal fluid

To detect mutations specific to epithelioid glioblastoma, we performed whole exome sequencing on deisseminated cells in cerebrospinal fluid and whole exome sequencing on leukocyte in blood as a control.
