Data for "Quantifying Phage-Host Dynamics using Droplet Microfluidics"

This provides all source data and main analysis script used for publication "Quantifying Phage-Host Dynamics using Droplet Microfluidics".  

README.rtf explicits code functionnality and instrutions to follow. 

Example data set shows a very small sample of real data for applying the code. 

All emulsion details.xlsx contains details about all used emulsions

CFU determination.xlsx contains data CFU and OD correlation 

Source data.zip contains:

Droplets scanning information (txt files) 

Microscopy data (nd2 and tif files) 

Fluorescence measurment kinetics (excel sheet)

Codes.zip contains Python scripts for droplets scanning information files analysis.  Different scripts are provided, each adapted to the analysis of a specific emulsion type used in the publication.
