Single-cell RNA sequence analysis of splenic slices transplant recipient mouse liver.

In this study, we investigated the composition of lymphocytes in the livers of splenic slices transplant recipient mice by single-cell RNA sequence analysis. Overall design: To induce liver fibrosis, all mice were injected intraperitoneally every two days for 12 weeks with CCl4. For splenic slices transplantation, the donor spleen was carefully removed and cut into 4 small pieces. An abdominal midline incision was made and placed 3 pieces of spleen into the gastric omental. Then sorted CD45+ cells were analysed by sc-RNA-seq.
