This is a zipped H5AD AnnData object created in Python.
Contain both gene expression profile and annotation for every single cell from two donors, REPSOX-treated and untrested conditions, three cell passages (p1, p3, and p6).
Cells are clustered into 19 groups and annotated as 6 cell types (progenitor, TAC, conjunctival, melanocyte, mesenchymal, differentiated) or unidentified (groups 0 and 3).
