Potential nitrate concentration in leachate (WFS Service)
收藏资源简介:
The potential nitrate concentration in leachate in [mg NO3/l] is an important indicator for estimating and evaluating leachate quality at the lower boundary of the root space. As part of the nationwide base emission monitoring, the potential nitrate concentration is estimated on the basis of the nitrogen area balance from agriculture at municipal level, atmospheric N deposition, land use according to ATKIS-DLM, additional N-mobilisation or immobilisation in soil, nitrate degradation in soil (denitrification) and leachate volume. The calculated potential nitrate concentration in leachate is used in addition to the measured nitrate concentrations in the groundwater measuring stations for hazard assessment and assessment of the chemical status of the groundwater bodies according to EC-WRRL. In the case of the potential nitrate concentration in leachate determined throughout the country, it should be noted that due to the spatial resolution of the available input data, the values are not suitable for an accurate assessment.
