Sperm small noncoding RNA analysis from SARS-CoV-2 treated male mice

These are the FASTQ files (adaptors already trimmed) from an illumina next generation sequencing run of small noncoding RNAs isolated from sperm of SARS-CoV-2 infected and mock infected mice. Young adult male mice were infected with mouse adapted SARS-CoV-2 virus or mock infected with phosphate buffered saline (control). Sperm was collected from the mice four weeks after infection. Male mice were also bred to generate offspring, which were phenotyped and showed changes in anxiety levels (paternal SARS-CoV-2 offspring). FASTQ files starting with 11, 13, 15, and 19 belong to SARS-CoV-2 infected fathers whereas FASTQ files starting with 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 belong to mock infected fathers (control).
