The Graphical Parcellar Register consists of all the crop islands geolocated by the declarants themselves (on an orthophotographic background) during the annual “CAP declarations” campaign launched in the spring throughout France (excluding Guyana and Guadeloupe). They serve as the legal basis for the Agency for Services and Payments (ASP) to determine the amount of various direct aids to farmers. This layer is anonymous and can be broadcast outside the DDT.
