Abstract:The Correlational Disequilibrium Hypothesis (HDC–CBC) proposes a unified reinterpretation of the fundamental structure of the cosmos. In this framework, the observable universe emerges from a dynamic imbalance between two energetic domains—the quantum (ε_q) and the geometric (ε_g)—whose mutual correlation is encoded in the fundamental condition δ(ε_q − ε_g) = 0.Cosmic evolution arises from the breaking of this primordial equilibrium and proceeds through a correlational cycle encompassing phases of rupture, expansion, asymmetry, and progressive re-equilibration. The hypothesis asserts that cosmic expansion and the flow of time represent dual manifestations of a single correlational process, whereby the loss of quantum coherence induces corresponding geometric growth. Formulation and scope:The proposed tensorial formalism introduces the correlational field C_{μν}, defined byC_{μν} = T_{μν}^{(q)} − T_{μν}^{(g)} + Γ_{μν}^{(corr)},whose vanishing divergence, ∇^μ C_{μν} = 0, expresses the conservation of correlational coherence between both domains.From this structure, modified Friedmann and Einstein equations naturally emerge, incorporating correlational terms capable of reproducing late-time cosmic acceleration without invoking an independent cosmological constant Λ. Observational predictions:The HDC–CBC framework provides quantitative pathways toward alleviating several outstanding tensions within the ΛCDM paradigm, including discrepancies in H₀ and σ₈. It further yields new interpretative avenues for the cosmological quadrupole/octopole alignment (Axis of Evil), the Shapley–Repeller flow, and the extreme luminosity and mass of TON 618.Across these cases, the hypothesis interprets the apparent anomalies of the observable universe as localized manifestations of the universal correlational field, consistent with the broader structure of the proposed “Greater Cosmos.” Current status:The model is empirically falsifiable through six primary observational tests in cosmology, complemented by six additional theoretical predictions. Together, these elements constitute a coherent and internally consistent framework aiming to unify general relativity and quantum mechanics under a single correlational dynamics.
