Processed experimental data for mooring and connection forces of a hexagonal offshore floating photovoltaic array under regular waves

This dataset contains processed experimental data supporting the manuscript entitled “Experimental Investigation of Mooring-Load Asymmetry and Connection-Force Redistribution in a Hexagonal Offshore Floating Photovoltaic Array.” The deposited data include regular-wave conditions, prescribed-wave-normalized mooring-force amplitudes (KF), mooring-force root-mean-square (RMS) values, representative mooring-force time histories, and inter-pontoon connection-force time histories used in Figures 11, 12, 14, and 16. Additional statistical quantities reported in the manuscript, including the 95th-percentile force (F95), were calculated from the deposited time-history data using the procedures described in the manuscript.
