Transcriptome sequencing of Epipremnum aureum

The materials E. aureum with robust and consistent growth were purchased from the Huaduhui horticultural market in Yangzhou. E. aureum plants were divided into two groups of 15 pots in each group, one group was placed in a chamber at 1 celsius as the low-temperature treatment group, and another group was placed in a chamber at 20 celsius as the control group. The air humidity in both groups was 60%, the light intensity was 30,000 lx for 14 h during the day, and 0 lx for 10 h at night. The data measurement and sample collection were set on the 28th days after treatment, and three E. aureum were randomly selected for each treatment as replicates.
