该项数据在设备场地示范验证过程中采集,主要对本全液压直推式钻机设备在实际作业过程中的各项参数进行记录,根据不同现场环境及地下情况所反馈出的钻机参数。包括厂内质量验收方案、厂内调试验收记录、现场记录的噪声、操作力、动力头变速箱温度、液压油箱温度、液压油清洁度、液压油密封性、钻进速度、能耗、转速、最大起拔力、最大推进力、行走速度及跑偏量、主要辅助动作速度、可靠性等,该数据主要为研发设计、计算校核、实验试验产生,为自主产生,原始数据,未经加工。项目数据产生和汇集过程中的相关质量控制措施,包括完整的数据产生过程,处理方式及质量控制措施等,整体数据未做任何处理,数据真实可靠。该项数据应用于本次研发的全液压直推式钻机的改进,判断该全液压直推式钻机性能是否符合设计要求,从而进行优化和修改。该项数据为电子文档PDF格式,数据大小为1.44MB,可用于相关环保钻机类或工程机械类设备的研发生产参考指导。
This dataset was collected during the equipment site demonstration and validation process, mainly used to record various operating parameters of the fully hydraulic direct-push drilling rig during actual operations, including the rig parameters fed back from different on-site environments and underground conditions. The collected contents include in-plant quality acceptance plans, in-plant commissioning and acceptance records, on-site recorded noise levels, operating forces, power head gearbox temperature, hydraulic tank temperature, hydraulic oil cleanliness, hydraulic oil sealing performance, drilling speed, energy consumption, rotational speed, maximum pulling force, maximum pushing force, travel speed and deviation amount, speed of major auxiliary movements, reliability, etc. This dataset is independently generated as raw, unprocessed data originating from R&D design, calculation verification and experimental tests. Relevant quality control measures during the data generation and collection process of the project, including complete data generation procedures, processing methods and quality control protocols, etc., are fully documented. The entire dataset has not been modified in any way, ensuring its authenticity and reliability. This dataset is applied to the improvement of the fully hydraulic direct-push drilling rig developed in this project, to verify whether the rig's performance meets the design requirements for subsequent optimization and modification. This dataset is in PDF electronic document format, with a size of 1.44 MB, and can be used as reference guidance for the R&D and production of relevant environmental-friendly drilling rigs or engineering machinery equipment.
