Real-world experience of bimekizumab for adult patients with plaque psoriasis: A 2-year multicenter retrospective study

This dataset contains the supplementary material for a research letter reporting two-year real-world effectiveness and safety outcomes of bimekizumab in 152 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, treated at standard dosing across four Canadian institutions and assessed at 104 ± 8 weeks. It comprises four supplemental tables: baseline demographic and clinical characteristics (Table I); observed-case effectiveness outcomes (Table II); effectiveness stratified by prior biologic use (Table III); and Cox proportional hazards regression of factors associated with PASI90 and IGA 0/1 achievement (Table IV). All data are anonymized and deidentified.
