This dataset contains source code of Modelica models of Glucose-Insulin regulation using different techniques. Glucose Insulin Model is implemented as presented by Stolwik and Hardy\cite{stolwijk1974regulation} and further described by Khoo \cite{khoo2000} consists of glucose compartment and insulin compartment. Each compartment has inflow and one or several outflows. Insulin production is triggered by glucose concentration and insulin influence rapidly the tissue utilization rate (insulin dependent). Accompanying Jupyter notebook is demo for system analysis (parameter estimation) of artificial data and to match model simulation.
