资源简介:
Regulation of the leucocyte activity is critically important for a properly functioning immune response and the development of novel cell-based therapies. Our previous studies have demonstrated the existence of nucleic-acid-based receptors (Teazeled receptors, TezR), which govern the response of various cell types to a diverse array of environmental, factors. Here, for the first time, we show that by modulating these TezR receptors, we can upregulate immune cell signaling, migration, endocytosis, and phagocytosis pathways in leukocytes. By leveraging the TezR, we generated Leukocyte-Tells, with exhibit significantly enhanced antimicrobial and anticancer activities compared to the original immune cells.
