Quarterly Deposited Accounting Data Files ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** The.xml files contain all annual accounts deposits (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts **public**) made during a quarter (based on the calendar year of filing). Various legal provisions impose restrictions on the use and publication of annual accounts. The publication of structured data is governed by the provisions relating to the special scheme of parent companies and subsidiaries (Articles 70 and 71) and those relating to the filing and disclosure of annual accounts (Art.79) of the amended Law of 19 December 2002. During the deposit procedure, companies have the possibility to tick specific boxes that mark their deposit, in this case the balance sheet and the p & p account or just the p & p account as confidential.
