Evaluation methods during tech purchase process in global organizations 2020

More than half of surveyed IT leaders and line of business (LOB) participants reported that they rely on strategic vendors as an evaluation method while making technology purchases. Opinions of peers and channel partners also played an important role when IT leaders decide on which tech solutions to purchase.
