The average monthly water levels which correspond to characteristic frequency P = 87.5%, P = 75%, P = 62.5%, P = 50%, P = 37.5%, P = 25%, P = 12.5%, were calculated and discretized as 7 water level scenarios. Then, utilizing a combination of surface water quality standards class III, IV and V [48], 21 scenarios were set.
