we demonstrated the effects of dinaciclib on the proliferation, apoptosis, cell cycle, migration and invasion of PDAC cells using a variety of experimental methods. It was confirmed that dinaciclib inhibited the expression of YAP in PDAC cells at the transcriptional level through β-catenin. In addition, we preliminarily found that dinaciclib can affect the polarization of tumor-associated macrophages and change the tumor microenvironment to enhance antitumor responses.
