Visium HD Human CRC P5 NAT SpatialData Tutorial Dataset

This dataset is a processed SpatialData representation of the publicly available10x Genomics Visium HD Human Colorectal Cancer Sample P5 NAT dataset. The original dataset was generated by 10x Genomics and released as part of thestudy "Characterization of immune cell populations in the tumor microenvironmentof colorectal cancer using high definition spatial profiling". Raw sequencing and imaging data were processed using the nfdata-omics Visium HDworkflow to generate analysis-ready outputs for educational purposes and hands-ontraining in spatial transcriptomics data analysis.
