This dataset provides experimental data for perovskite films prepared via blade coating under ambient conditions. The data includes environmental, compositional, and operational variables, as well as material properties evaluated using optical characterization. Optical absorbance spectra, combined with thickness measurements, enable the estimation of the optical density (OD) of perovskite films and the extraction of a single optical descriptor (ODint). This descriptor provides a simplified representation of material properties while capturing key information related to light-harvesting efficiency and film quality.
The dataset is designed to support data science and machine learning approaches to better understand the complex experimental conditions involved in processing perovskite films, before they are used in photovoltaic devices.
