In this work, we employed single-molecule FRET (smFRET) in combination with Anti-Brownian Electrokinetic (ABEL) trapping to monitor conformational dynamics of untethered A2A adenosine receptors embedded in lipid nanodiscs.
This repository contains:- Fluorescence burst data exported from BurstAnalyzer- Jupyter notebooks and Python scripts for data analysis- Numerical and graphical outputs- Final figure layouts used in the publication
