Quantitative petrographic dataset of sandstones from the Transantarctic Basin (Antarctica) and Tasmania Basin (Australia)

The dataset contains sandstone quantitative petrographic data from the Transantarctic Mountains (Antarctica) and Tasmania (Australia) and the location of studied outcrops and drillcores in Tasmania. Data are shown in term of Quartz - Feldspars - Rock Fragments. The dataset contains data collected from the literature and original ones.
