Future-Proofing Australia's Digital Duty of Care - Recommendations for Closing the Emerging Technologies Gap

This policy brief (report) presents recommendations for future-proofing the proposed Digital Duty of Care by acknowledging the impact of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, including generative and agentic AI, online safety so that the Duty can be more robust, comprehensive, and future-proof in a rapidly changing technology environment.
