Purpose: BGLU28 and BGLU30 are two glucosinolate catabolic genes in Arabidopsis thaliana. Their expression level was increased under sulfur deficiency. In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of BGLU28 and BGLU30 mutation on the global transcriptome of different tissues of plants grown under different sulfur conditions.
