Complete Metagenome-assembled bacterial genomes associated with the marine cyanobacterium Capilliphycus salinus ALCB114379

We report the whole-genome sequences of six microorganisms associated with the cyanobacterium Capilliphycus salinus ALCB114379. Five of these organisms belong to the phylum Pseudomonadota, commonly associated with cyanobacterial interactions, while one originates from the phylum Planctomycetota. This diverse composition promises to unveil novel perspectives on the genetic landscape of cyanobacteria-associated microbiota and potential symbiotic relationships.
