Acts upstream of or within several processes, including axon guidance; cellular response to leukemia inhibitory factor; and trunk neural crest cell migration. Located in axon. Is active in glutamatergic synapse and postsynaptic membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; cardiovascular system; central nervous system; embryo mesenchyme; and sensory organ. Used to study autism spectrum disorder.
