Procedure for classification L 214-17 of the Environmental Code: Simple Download Service (ATOM)

Service for the provision of watercourses classified in List 1 and List 2 under Article L.214-17 of the Environmental Code signed on 10 July 2012 by the Prefect Coordinator of the Loire-Bretagne Basin and published in the Official Journal on July 22. The procedure conducted by the prefect coordinator of the Loire-Bretagne basin was launched in April 2010. This new ranking of the d%u2019water courses participates in the implementation of the 2010-2015 Sdage in %u0153, integrating the challenges related to ecological continuity and the framing of the various European regulations.
