To investigate the effects of radiation on transcriotome change in medulloblastoma on a single cell level, we performed RNA sequcening analysis with single cells derived from mouse medulloblastoma tissue, after mice received FLASH and standard proton irradiation. Mice bearing medulloblastoma was treated by 10-Gy FLASH and standard radiotherapy. Tumor-derived single cells were analyzed by single-cell RNAseq analysis.
