On the basis of the order of Kharkiv Mayor 21.10.2021 "On Approval of the Regulations on Open Data Sets of Kharkiv City Council", the publication of Kharkiv open data sets was organized, which, according to the Harvesting procedure, are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the administrator of the "Kharkiv City Council"依据哈尔科夫市市长（Kharkiv Mayor）2021年10月21日发布的《关于批准哈尔科夫市议会（Kharkiv City Council）开放数据集（Open Data Sets）管理规定》的行政命令，相关部门组织发布了哈尔科夫开放数据集。上述数据集按照数据汇交流程（Harvesting procedure），自动上架至哈尔科夫市议会管理员账户所属的统一国家开放数据门户网站（Unified State Open Data Portal）。
