Single Nucleus RNAseq Dataset of Soma-Germline Nucleoside Transport in Regulating Reproduction in C. elegans

We presents a single-nucleus transcriptome analysis in the Wild-type(N2), ent-1KO mutant, ent-2KO mutant and ent-1KO;ent-2KD mutants which revealed that genes involved in purine metabolism were specifically up-regulated in the germline, suggesting the possible specificity of ENT-1/2 in transporting purine nucleosides. Overall design: To perfom snRNAseq for wild-type, ent-1KO mutant, ent-2KO mutant and ent-1KO;ent-2KD mutant, we harvested and homogenized ~3,000 worms for each genotype/condition. Nuclei were isolated using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) based on the DNA content signal and then proceed with 10x Chromium sequcing.
