This dataset contain soil and air temperature data from a fire chronosequence near Hess Creek in interior Alaska. Temperature sensors were installed at the ground surface, at the interface of different soil horizons, at the top of the permafrost table, and at ~ 2 meters. These data can be sorted and view by site, year, month, day, and by depth of measurement.
