Sensitivity and AMR detection sequencing results on 1mL and 5mL pipelines

Sequencing results on limit of detection experiments on spiked blood samples using both '1mL standard protocol' and '5mL quick enrichment protocol' pipelines. Samples were spiked with clinically relevant concentrations of top sepsis causative species, subjected to wet-lab pipeline, nanopore sequenced for 3 hours and bioinformatics analysis (human DNA removal) for taxonomic identification analysis. For AMR analysis, both pipelines were spiked with E. coli CTXM-15 ß-Lactamase, subjected to both pipelines and sequenced for 3 or 24 hours.
