资源简介:
RNA-seq performed on rice stem. The comparison is made to discover differentially expressed genes between Nipponbare wild-type unelongated stems (samples were taken 20 days after germination, when internodes are still compressed at the base of the plant) and pine1 knockout mutants, which show internode elongation even though floral induction didn't occur. three Nipponbare wild-type and three pine1-1a stem sample were prepared. Samples consisted of around 1cm of the basal portion of a plant, at 20 days after germination. Such portion contains the stem and the shoot apical meristem. 8 plants were taken for each sample.
