The present invention is for loading a large number of plywood， and more particularly， to a plywood loading device with improved ease of loading， such as being able to insert a fork at various points， and a plywood loading method using the same. The plywood loading device according to the present invention includes a loading panel having a loading portion on which plywood is loaded on an upper surface， and a plurality of supporting members provided on a lower surface of the loading panel， wherein the supporting member is configured to determine the length direction of the loading panel. Accordingly， it is characterized in that it is arranged to form a first group arranged at a predetermined interval and a second group arranged at a predetermined interval along the width direction of the loading panel.
