VerityGate GroundLM 2026 Supplementary Artifact

Supplementary artifact for “VERITYGATE: A Four-Gate Schema-Level Faithfulness Framework and Paired Benchmark for Grounded LLM Narrations over Structured Evidence,” accepted at GroundLM 2026, an EMNLP 2026 workshop. This archive contains the paper-grade evaluation evidence: per-instance result logs, deterministic reconciliation scripts and derived tables, prompts, schemas, pre-registration, rater-study materials, verifier source needed to audit the Gate-4 reconciliation, and verifier microbenchmark output. The included manifest provides SHA-256 checksums for every distributed file. Running python3 scripts/reconcile_results.py from the extracted artifact reproduces the camera-ready numerical results and the derived data underlying Tables 2 and 7. VerityGate is the research contribution evaluated in the paper. Yukti is the independently developed application and repository in which the reusable VerityGate implementation is maintained. The complete software implementation is released separately at: https://github.com/sachinkg12/yukti/releases/tag/veritygate-groundlm-2026-v1.0.0 This Zenodo record preserves the exact supplementary evidence associated with the reported experiments; the GitHub release provides the reusable implementation. Version 1.0.1 adds the complete prompt and verifier-source inventory, confidence-interval reconciliation, an aligned claim schema, and corrected documentation of the Gates 1–3 rater mismatch. The paper-grade result logs and reported numerical results are unchanged.
