Supplementary Data for JMGs-DryEye Study

This dataset contains the full supplementary materials supporting the manuscript entitled:

**“JMGs alleviate dry eye disease through multi-targeted mechanisms involving immune modulation and epithelial protection”**

The uploaded files include all raw data, validation materials, and ethics documentation used across five modules of this integrative study. Specifically:

- **Supplementary1–2**: Network pharmacology and molecular docking results (Cytoscape networks, docking scores)- **Supplementary3**: In vitro data from human corneal epithelial cells (HCE) under BAC-induced injury (corresponding to Figure 6)- **Supplementary4**: In vivo data from the dry eye disease (DED) mouse model, including histological and cytokine measurements- **Supplementary5**: Raw clinical validation data from patients receiving oral JMGs- **Supplementary6–8**: IRB approvals for animal and human studies (Chinese and English)- **Supplementary9**: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) symptom score scale used in clinical evaluations
