资源简介:
This study aimed to identify gut microbes that influence depression by humanizing the gut microbiota of C57BL/6 mice through human fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT). Depression was assessed using the tail-suspension test before and after FMT to evaluate behavioral shifts. Based on post-FMT behavioral changes, mice were categorized into three groups: High-depression (H), Moderate (M), and Low-depression (L) groups. Gut microbiota composition was analyzed using samples collected from both feces and the whole gastrointestinal tract to compare microbial profiles and their correlation with depression across groups.
