Primary Raw Marine PPSDH Sequences and Validation Summaries for Phase-Faithful Spatiotemporal Compression

This dataset accompanies the manuscript “Phase-Faithful Compression for Marine Parallel Phase-Shifting Digital Holography via Spatiotemporal Decomposition”.

The package provides the raw polarization-mosaic data for the three primary 64-frame marine parallel phase-shifting digital holography (PPSDH) sequences used in the main benchmark, together with acquisition metadata, result CSV files, reconstruction/evaluation protocol notes, bit-accounting definitions, and optional supporting figures.

The repository includes:(1) raw polarization-mosaic frames for Sequence A, Sequence B, and Sequence C;(2) result CSV files supporting the main and supplementary tables;(3) the expanded-validation summary table for nine additional sparse-to-transitional 64-frame groups;(4) the 147-group occupancy-screening summary;(5) runtime, segmentation-consistency, global scalar-alignment, and noise-sensitivity summary files; and(6) protocol notes describing the reconstruction settings, evaluation metrics, and bit-accounting definitions.

The original MATLAB development scripts, historical patched scripts, temporary files, and third-party codec implementations are not redistributed. The larger raw acquisition archive and the raw recordings corresponding to the nine additional validation groups are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request due to storage and ongoing-project constraints.
