SMEs need for e-commerce training in Mexico 2021, by type of company

According to a 2021 survey carried out among small and medium-sized enterprises in Mexico, approximately 86 percent of SMEs which had already integrated online sales stated that acquiring e-commerce skills was a must for their business. Meanwhile, 41 percent of businesses that still used traditional sales methods said trainings on e-commerce were essencial, while 33 percent saw them as very necessary.
