"This repository contains the dataset and Graph Neural Network (GNN) code for predicting ionospheric scintillation in the Brazilian sector. The dataset includes processed VTEC, S$_4$ indices, and geomagnetic data for four stations (SLZ, CXP, STM, SMAR) during 2014. This work provides a benchmark comparison against XGBoost and traditional ANN models with updated code (updated code)."
